Planning to attend the Fall Leadership Forum November 3-4 at Cragun’s?

We are looking for students to present at the widely popular Idea Fair Sunday night at the forum. Up to two students can present an idea, theme, dress up, or anything else that they think is super cool that their council or chapter does at their school.

Prizes will be awarded to the top two ideas (winners can choose between gift cards or a ½ off registration for a student from their group to the State Leadership Conference being held in April). We can’t wait to hear about some of the coolest ideas that your school is proud of!

Fill out the registration form below to make sure we have a spot for you!
Schools may submit up to two Idea Fair tables.

We want to make sure that you are getting the most out of your membership! We will be launching the “Member Only” side of the masc-mahs website. If you have a
current membership, look for an email in the upcoming week for the
login and password for this part of the website.

Do you ever need to ask a question to other advisors across the state? Have you ever needed to find a room for one student that is attending a conference? Do you ever want to share a bus to one of the events? This will be the place for you!

The State Advisors have set up a GroupMe in which participants can ask questions or look for resources. Click here if you would like to be added to this group.

NCSA (National Council for Student Activities)

Online registration is now open for the 2024 NA4SA National Conference on Student Activities (NCSA 2024), which will be the weekend of December 6 to 8 in Memphis, Tennessee! This is a tremendous opportunity to network with student activity advisors from across the nation. Minnesota has always had a strong delegation of advisors attending. Many advisors find funding for this conference from their Professional Development Committee at their schools.

Please use the following code when registering, as it gives us a $20 rebate to the Association per registrant. This will then be used for different aspects of the Winter Advisor’s Conference being held February 18th in Arden Hills. For more information, or if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to send me an email.

For those ready to register, the code is TB24MN
