We are looking to put together an Advisory Board comprised of Middle Level Advisors that would meet 4-5 times throughout the year (virtually) and possibly one time in person. It would be great to have representatives from each of the divisions, at minimum. The goal of this board would be to gain insight into different aspects of middle level programming for student activities and develop events that are impactful for these students.

If you are interested in being a part of this board, please email me at trisha@massp.org to learn more or complete the following google form.

Please make plans to attend the Fall Leadership Forum at Cragun’s November 3-4. This year we have two excellent speakers as well as a number of breakout sessions, a service-learning activity and the introduction of the State Service Project!

The hotel deadline to book under our block is October 18th, and that is right around the corner! We are also seeking Idea Fair presentations and we need YOUR school to be a part of it! The top two idea fair entrants will receive a gift card or one ½ off registration to state!

If you or your students are interested in attending the National Student Council and National Honor Society Conference in Chicago, we need to hear from you! The conference will be held January 31-February 2. We would like to register as a delegation and take a charter bus together. However, before we can register, we need to know approximately how many students and advisors would like to attend. The charter bus can hold 54 individuals.

Please email me no later than 10/4 if you think you and/or your students would like to attend. From there, I will push out more information regarding pricing (rough estimate based on 25 people attending would be $900-1000 including registration, hotel accommodations, transportation, trading items and two meals).

Here is a great idea shared by a school in California.
This is a great way to get everyone involved!
