It is time to start planning for the MAHS/MASC State Leadership Convention! This year the convention will be hosted by Hibbing High School April 4-6, 2025 and we welcome everyone to the Enchanted Engagement: Empowering Our Leaders in a Castle in the Woods.
Advisors will register first and then will be emailed a spreadsheet to register your students. Don’t forget to hit submit to complete your student delegate registration. You will notice when you register your MASC students, that the first three students are your voting delegates. If you have a candidate, they must be one of the voting delegates. You may bring the number of delegates that you as an advisor feel comfortable supervising. There will not be a limit to the number of students that you want to bring.

Advisors will register first and then will be emailed a spreadsheet to register your students. Don’t forget to hit submit to complete your student delegate registration. You will notice when you register your MASC students, that the first three students are your voting delegates. If you have a candidate, they must be one of the voting delegates. You may bring the number of delegates that you as an advisor feel comfortable supervising. There will not be a limit to the number of students that you want to bring.
The conference hotel will be the Detroit Lakes Holiday Inn. Schools are responsible for making their own housing reservations.

Please contact the Detroit Lakes Holiday Inn at 218-847-2121 and ask for the MASC/MAHS State Convention Block. Rates are $119.75 for Friday night (if you plan on getting there early) and $131.94 per night for Saturday and Sunday. Breakfast is included with the rates on Sunday and Monday at the hotel.
